Shipping 

Thank you for shopping with PerfBaby LLC. All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 3-10 business days after purchase. International orders will be processed and shipped within 7-21 business days after purchase. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. Orders over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from PerfBaby LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

PickUp 

Please allow 24 hours to pick up items and follow directions on email confirmation for pickup. Items purchased over the weekend for pickup will be processed the next business day.

LOST/STOLEN Packages

Packages confirmed by shipping carriers with tracking numbers that have not been received need to file a claim through shipping carrier. PerfBaby LLC is not responsible for LOST/STOLEN items. Please escalate LOST/STOLEN item(s) to the shipping carrier to investigate. To ensure that your package is shipped appropriately and that you receive your package within the estimated time frame, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and contains all necessary and/or needed information. PerfBaby LLC is not responsible for incorrect address inputted by the consumer.

Due to the nature of our business all items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
